A return pickup will be initiated within India at an extra cost of Rs.100. Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
A store credit (after deducting the return fee of Rs.100) will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
The credit will be of the amount of the returned products only.
Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
Money refunds are not provided for products delivered in perfect condition. In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link.
Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. Orders once placed are not eligible for any money refunds. Only Store Credit will be provided.
International orders are not eligible for Returns.
If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and custom charges. We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups. A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India, without incurring additional shipping costs.

The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.
